| Description |
English: 2, Navigation Yard This building was the former HQ for the Aire & Calder Navigation Co. Although it is an historic building it is classed as of local interest only, and was fully restored in the 1980s. (Note the mounting block to right of picture).
The current occupants are BTCV, a charity supporting practical conservation work by volunteers throughout Britain. It used to be called the 'British Trust for Conservation Volunteers' but now is known as BTCV. |
