| Description |
Deutsch: 18.03.1994 01187 Dresden-Plauen, Coschützer Straße 34: Ehemalige Ausflugsgaststätte Hoher Stein (GMP: 51.023970,13.704156). Die Gaststätte "Zum Hohen Stein" errichtete Schmiedemeister Friedrich August Frohberg im Jahre 1862. Zwei Jahre später folgte auf der
herausragenden Felsformation aus der Kreidezeit "Hoher Stein" der Bau eines runden Aussichtsturmes, dessen Spitze eine Höhe von 190 m über NN hat. 1994 versuchte man, das verfallene gastronomische Objekt (im Bild) denkmalgerecht zu sanieren und zu einem kleinen Hotel zu erweitern. Doch letztlich fiel die Entscheidung zugunsten von Totalabriß (1995) und Neubau (1996), genutzt für "Betreutes Wohnen am Hohen Stein".
