Description

Brilliant looking cars, I've always loved these. The Sunbeam Tiger was the sportier version of the Sunbeam Alpine Roadster, this one a Tiger I with a Ford 4.3 litre V8 engine. I'm not sure about the wheels on this one, but apart from those, this one looked proper and original, with pressed plates (although I think this would be a personalised one?)

Only 7,000 were built worldwide, and I think most ended up being exported to America (where big V8 engines were more popular!) A hard find outside a show, this is one of 30 1960 models on the roads.
