Description
English: HMS Sheffield (which was based at the Royal Naval Dockyard on Ireland Island as flagship on the America and West Indies Station) at the City of Hamilton in the Imperial fortress colony of Bermuda for the King's Birthday ceremony on 10th June, 1948. The Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity of the established Church of England is visible in the background.[1]
