Summary[edit]

Description

Decorative symmetric knot with twelve crossings. The curves were generated from the polar coordinates equation r=b+sin(aθ), which is a slight generalization of the Limaçon and Rose/rhodonea curves, using parameters a=(2/7) and b=1.35.

Extends the symmetrical 8-crossing knot (File:8crossings-rose-limacon-knot.svg).
