Description
English: CWGC gravestone of Donkeyman Joseph Cross, aged 64, in the churchyard of St Andrew's parish church in the village of Bacton, Norfolk, England. He was killed on the cargo ship SS Rye when she was attacked by by the 3rd Flotilla of German fast attack boats (Schnellboot) in the early hours of 8 March 1941 off the coast near Cromer.
