فارسی: به استناد آیین نامه تأسیس و ثبت گروه های نمایش به شماره ۹۴/۲۲۶۲۵ مورخ ۹۴/۶/۱۵ معاونت امور هنری وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی و تأیید شورای بررسی اداره کل فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی استان تهران طی نامه شماره۱۴۰۰/۱/۱۷۱۳۲ مورخ ۱۴۰۰/۹/۱؛ گروه نمایش/تئاتر یوونتوس به سرپرستی دکتر میرعلیرضا دریابیگی به عنوان دراماتورژ/کارگردان گروه؛ در دسته بزرگ «الف» در شهر «شمیرانات» به شماره پروانه فعالیت ۲۱۳۳۸۲ دارای مجوز قانونی فعالیت رسمی در حوزه هنرهای نمایشی است. همچنین مراتب طی نامه شماره ۴۰۰/۲۶۱۴۳۷ مورخ ۱۴۰۰/۱۱/۲۵ در اداره کل هنرهای نمایشی وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی به ثبت رسیده است.
همچنین به منظور ایفاد از لوگوی پیشین باشگاه یوونوتوس ایتالیا و تغییر شکل فعلی آن؛ از وکیل رسمی باشگاه طی نامه/ایمیلی مجوز لازم دریافت شده است.
English: Based on the regulations for the establishment and registration of theater groups No. 94/22625 dated 6/15/94 Deputy Minister of Arts Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and the approval of the Review Council of the General Directorate of Culture and Islamic Guidance of Tehran Province by letter No. 1400/1/17132 dated 1400 1/9; Juventus theater/drama group headed by Dr. Mir Alireza Daryabeygi as dramaturg/director of the group; In the big category "A" in the city of "Shemiranat" with license number 213382, he has a legal license to work in the field of performing arts. Also, the status has been registered in the General Department of Performing Arts of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance through letter number 400/261437 dated 11/25/1400.
Also, in order to express the former logo of the Italian Juventus club and change its current shape; Necessary permission has been received from the club's official lawyer by letter/e-mail. |
