العربية: طريقه عصيدة بملاح التقليه السودانيه

المقادير والمتطلبات عصيدة بملاح التقليه السودانيه ١ نصف كيلو لحم مفروم ٣ ثمرات بصل متوسطة زيت ذرة ١ م-ك صلصة ٢ م-ك بامية مجففة توابل حسب الرغبة دقيق ذرة لعمل العصيدة

طريقه عمل عصيدة بملاح التقليه السودانيه

يوضع القليل من الماء علي النار حتي الغليان و من ثم يضاف عجين دقيق الذرة و يقلب جيدا حتي يتماسك القوام ثم يتم تجهيز الملاح تقطع ثمرات البصل الى شرائح ثم تحمر فى قليل من الزيت و من ثم يتم تضيفىه اللحم المفروم ثم تضاف التوابل الي اللحم المفروم و كميه مناسبه من الماء ثم يضاف قليل من عصير الطماطم و تترك حتي الغليان ثم يضاف الي خليط الملاح القليل من الباميه المجففه و من ثم توضع الصعيده في صحن التقديم و يضاف اليها الملاح و تقدم عصيده بملاح التقليه السودانيه
