Summary[edit]

Description
English: A fire is an uncontrolled burning of substances that is intentionally or negligently caused by humans or is the result of natural biological, physical or chemical processes. The most common cause of fires is electrical installations, primarily due to their wide spread and malfunctions due to wear and tear and damage, improper use of electrical devices and appliances. Electrical energy can cause fire in several ways, namely heating of electrical conductors and devices through which electric current passes, short circuit, sparking and electric arc and overheating of electrothermal devices.
