Description

A brief article describing the exhibit of the United States Navy Department. Includes a description of the location within the Government Building and descriptions of various models of U.S. Navy ships such as the U.S.S. Connecticut. Also described are other features of the exhibit including guns, models of anchors, maps and navigation charts and special displays like an improvised sextant used by surviving members of the U.S.S. Saginaw, etc. Coast 18.1 (July 1909): 23-26, illustrated.
