Description
English: Karuna was built of wood in 1685–1686 for Baron Arvid Horn at Sauva with the help of residents. She was transported and reassembled at Seurasaari in 1912 when a stone church was built to replace it. It was erected near the castle called Karuna and Sainte Marie-Elisabeth. It has changed during the 19th century. The altar dates from 1740.
Français : L'église de Karuna (Karuna church) a été construite, en bois, en 1685-1686 pour le Baron Arvid, à Sauva avec l'aide des habitants. Elle a été transportée et remontée à Seurasaari en 1912 au moment où une église en pierre était en construction pour la remplacer. Elle était érigée près du Château de Karuna et s'appelait Sainte Marie-Elisabeth. Elle a subi des modifications au cours du 19ème siècle. L'autel date de 1740.
Svenska: Karuna kyrka byggdes i trä 1685-1686 för Baron Arvid Horn af Åminne på Sauva med hjälp av invånarna. Den transporterades och återuppbyggdes på Fölisön år 1912 då en stenkyrka byggdes för att ersätta den. Det uppfördes nära herrgården heter Karuna och Sainte Marie-Elisabeth. Vissa förändringar har gjorts under 1800-talet. Altaret är från 1740.
