My personal rule of thumb when I'm unsure is to use the number of Wikipedias with articles on the topic: 1 language might or might not be suitable, 3+ langauages is probably suitable; in this case there are 10 such articles, so I find it to be undoubtedly a suitable scope. cmadler (talk) 17:46, 1 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I don't see how single image in the scope can be a Valued one in the scope. There clearly has be numerous images to pick from. But anyways... this is not the right venue for discussion.
