Review (criteria)	Question - Is there any way to have separate scopes for this file and File:Flensburg 25 Pfg 1920 Tauziehen (2).jpg, which has the same subject matter but depicts it differently? In the present specimen the campaign in progress between the two parties is depicted, while File:Flensburg 25 Pfg 1920 Tauziehen (2).jpg shows the result with the winner on the left and the loser on the right. Who was who was not yet known when the two banknotes were issued, which was two months before the plebiscite. One year after the referendum, the actual result (remain in Germany) is shown here, as one can easily see at the flags.
