  •  Info @Ikan: The two shells you mention are juvenile shells, not adult; there is some variety, but most of the shells are brown, see here. I dont know, where i can get a pale form at the moment; in addition, I don't know the price, when I buy it. The photos are from my private collection (not a museum), and I don't have enough money to buy any interesting shell. I try to show variability, when I have the material, but I can't document the varability of every species. Nevertheless, I promise, if I get a pale form, I will publish it.
