Reason Nice bust of this royalist politician (president of the House of Representatives) and high ranked magistrate during the reign of king Charles X of France (1824 - 1830). He is shown here in his judicial robe of Premier Président de la Cour Royale (court of appeal) de Bordeaux, with the collar and plaque of Knight of the Order of the Holy Spirit, and plaque of Grand Officer of the Legion of Honor. This bust stays in the honor room of his Château de Puymartin, in Dordogne. -- Jebulon (talk)
