Reason Best in scope IMO (1789 picture, size, color details etc...) for this deputy of the Nobility of Haute-Garonne at the State Generals in 1789. He became a spy in Europe for Louis XVIII after his emigration in 1791. Restored by me. No geocode, it is a homework. -- Jebulon (talk)
