•  Info The old lighthouse of Akranes is located in the westmost location of the Akranes Peninsula, Southern Peninsula region, Iceland. The lighthouse is one of the oldest concrete lighthouses in Iceland and was built in 1918. It served the fishing town of Akranes until it was deactivated in 1947 in favor of the larger structure several meters away.. All by me Poco² 18:37, 9 December 2014 (UTC)
