I would like to nominate Kallerna. They has been with us since March, 2007 with an edit count of 1578. Elected as a sysop on the Finnish Wikipedia in 2007, so Kallerna does already have the administrative experience, on another WMF project. I think Kallerna will benefit having the delete and block buttons, as they are active patrolling recent changes, and new pages. Both of those pages are in need of users with the sysop buttons, espescially with the delete button. While Kallerna does not have much deletion requests experience I personally think their other capabilities outweigh that concern. Kallerna's mother language is Finnish, and I think we are in need of more Finnish administrators. They also have an advanced English, intermediate Swedish, and basic German language skills. A good amount of deleted contributions from patrolling recent changes, and new pages. Also a bit copyvio tagging. Kallerna was assigned the rollbacker permission in April 2009, and is an active editor on this project.
