Georg Bredig (1868-1944) provides an update to his son Max Bredig (1902-1977) on his life in the Netherlands, where is he staying with his colleague, Ernst Cohen (1869-1944), and awaiting a visa to depart for the United States. Georg additionally mentions the storage of family belongings in Hamburg and Utrecht, and his attempts to help his his daughter, Marianne Homburger (1903-1987), and her husband, Viktor Homburger (1888-1968), emigrate from Germany. |
