We then made the biggest jump and put almost 6,000 miles between us, but as soon as we were dug in who should come in but Fritz. This was the most welcome of arrivals and if there ever was a time when Fritz and his friends were needed this was it. So much for that. Things at the present are very quiet. It is either the slack season, the Nippos are cooking something new, or they have decided we are a little too tough for consumption. I am inclined toward the second assumption because from past performances they have shown that the only way you can deter them from a project is to do it permanently. From the Edward L.
