L.G.P.A. ossia Luftgaupostamt, erano Distretti Postali dell'Aeronautica, dalla fine del '43 questi centri vennero adoperati anche dagli italiani arruolati nell'esercito tedesco ovvero nella RSI (Repubblica Sociale Italiana). Il distretto Munchen II (insieme a Landshut/Bayern) era destinato alla posta proveniente dall'Italia, e addirittura molto probabilmente il distretto Munchen II pare fosse "fittizio", cioè solo nominale, e parrebbe in realtà corrispondere alla zona di Verona.
