English: View of cut face of a halved melon with a complete array of seeds. Enlarging the image to full size reveals that mould is spreading from the infested right edge through the flesh of this vegetable, already invading some of the seeds.
All constituents of this vegetable are displayed in exquisite detail. Deutsch: Aufsicht auf die Schnittfläche einer halbierten Galliamelone. Vergrößert man das Bild auf die volle Pixelzahl, erkennt man, dass Schimmelfäden am befallenen rechten Rand durch das Fruchtfleisch hindurch bis zu den ersten Samen vorgedrungen sind . All Bestandteile dieser Frucht werden in hoher Auflösung dargestellt. |
