Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Pokemon covers

Judging from your comments at deletion debates, I do not believe you understood the issues there. The issue was not that they are used in articles; the versions on Wikipedia are used under fair-use. These images on commons claimed that they could be used for any purpose, when in fact, the copyright belongs to Sugimori/GameFreak/Nintendo, and they do not authorize that. The images were deleted, bot because they were deemed usefulness, but because uploading them with such a blatant lie attached to them encourages piracy, infringes upon the rights of the copyright holders, and is illegal in many countries. In short, Commons has a different goal than Wikipedia. It is a repository for media that are either public domain or under a copyleft license or permission. I'm sorry if I came on too strong. I understand that this licensing thing can be confusing at times, and I see that it was just a mistake.
