I assume it can be licensed as PD because it is a part of manuscript from the 13th century. The source of the picture is web of The Royal Library, National Library of Sweden (http://www.kb.se) and according to the license (http://www.kb.se/ENG/Copyright.htm archive copy at the Wayback Machine) it can be reproduced if the Royal Library is stated as the source.
