This picture is not completely accurate. John Bonham's symbol, the third symbol, is three rings supposedly representing The Trinity, which overlap in PERFECT SYMMETRY, creating in the center a "shield" symbolic of strength and unity. -- 19:36, 10 September 2008 38.98.220.16

actually Bonham didn't think it was the Trinity, that was John Paul's if you took away the circle, Bonham's symbol is the three interlocking circles. Robert Plant once stated that he always thought it meant the trilogy; man, woman and child, but also observed it was also the emblem of Ballantine beer. -- 07:27, 13 August 2009 216.36.146.202
