Many states have legislation against the use of photographic devices in retail-stores. Also, many stores do not permit them as well, and as a previous Wal-Mart associate, I know WM does not allow them. I can't help but question the legality of posting an image such as this (which has obviously been taken with a cell-phone in order to disguise the fact an image was taken).
