Colour blindness test fail[edit]

This image fails to display adequate colour contrast under simulated colour blindness tesing for tritanopia. It passess testing for deuteranopia and protanopia. It fails WCAG 1, sections 2.1 and 2.2, JIS 5.5(a) and 5.5(c) and also Section 508. The image was tested using IBM aDesigner 1.10, an accessability testing tool and visual impairment simulator. — Preceding unsigned comment was added by 86.133.70.140 (talk) 15:49, 25 August 2008‎ (UTC)[reply]

Update suggestions for South America[edit]

I'd suggest to update the map in the South America region. Argentina used to describe itself as a special American ally during the 90s, but administrations during this decade have stopped doing so, and moreover several criticisms to US policies have been made. I believe that a blue tone should be now assigned to Colombia, which receives great amounts of military aid and has recently agreed to let US use some military bases. --Andarin2 (talk) 03:23, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Somebody should add the Inter-American Treaty of Reciprocal Assistance. This is nearly the same like the NATO.--ErhardSiller (talk) 07:17, 9 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
