Missing category (merged colours?)[edit]

There seems to be no country with the colour for the 0.4-0.45 interval, though according to the list of countries by hdi page there are some in this range. Compare Ethiopia (HDI=0.414) with Chad (HDI=0.392), they have the same colour here. Wrong application of the paint bucket tool? Whatever the reason was, someone should correct this.
