Outdated?

Having been made 8 years ago, this map is starting to feel rather dated. At the very least, highway 540 has been extended pretty far on the western side of the region. And the city boundaries are no longer where they are indicated on this map. Anyone know where the source material for this map came from so it can be regenerated?
