Identity[edit]
It is very much the same painting. I made a photo about the information table beside the painting too, in June 2007.
It said the following (the English variant, but the Dutch was the same):
- The hill of Montmartre April-May 1886
- oil on canvas
- purchase 1912
- inv KM 109.824
When I revisited the Museum in October 2008, I didn't see this painting on the walls, the gallery was rearranged.
Sorry for the colours, my camera was brand new at that time. But I have to say that the colours of the http://www.vggallery.com/painting/by_period/paris.htm are also not very close to the original.--Szilas (talk) 17:19, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
