According to the original description, this image was taken at Taiyuan. This is not possible. Long March 3B rockets have only ever been launched from Xichang.[12] Furthermore, the tower at the launch pad is completely different from either of those at Taiyuan[13][14], but it does look like one of the towers at Xichang[15].
