Not tagliatelle

The original file (from which this one is derived) was photographed by, and uploaded by an Italian (user:Sbisolo). I would think that the uploader knew what they were eating/photographing. There it is mentioned that fettuccine is featured, not tagliatelle. The present name and description of this file are both incorrect. In addition, the original mentions only ragù. It does not specify which type of ragù unlike the file description of this image, which suddenly makes it a ragù bolognese. The file history shows that the change from "Fettuccine al ragù" to "Tagliatelle al ragù (Bolognese)" started with this edit by single-edit user TXEB.
