To me, it seems to be obvious that the photo's clours were edited to make the orange appear brighter. It looks great, but for an encyclopaedia I think we should stick to the original colours; I suggest the author replaces it with the unbiased version, if possible. I don't know whether this photo is manipulated, but having been to Uluru, I can say that it does look like this at times. —the preceding unsigned comment is by 138.217.210.86 (talk • contribs)
I'm the author. I just added some contrast. The color is real, it appeared during sunset for less than a minute. I uploaded the unchanged file (only the size is reduced) here, so you can compare. --Mosmas 15:50, 26 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
