I think there is a mistake in the beginning of the process: it indicates to start with 4u/3 of flour and 8u/3 of water, which would result in a very liquid started. The correct proportions are 8u/3 of flour and 4u/3 of water. I will correct that myself in a while if needed. Tanguy Ortolo (talk) 15:26, 16 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
