- Geagea, I've been told that the single URAA issue cannot be enough reason for deletion, and there is a good deal of national PD templates on Commons, which mention this (e.g., template:PD-Russia#Versions). Isn't that correct? --Quick1984 (talk) 13:46, 13 March 2024 (UTC)
