Wilson44691, site [1], that you refer to, seems to be yet another case of providing interpolated or extrapolated data at any coordinates based on inadquate source data. E.g. Kiviõli data is a gross non-sense. You can check some actual (measured) sealevel data on coast of Hiiumaa here. As you can see it changes by considerable degree, but twenty-four-hour tidal component isn't really distinguishable. Since tidal amplitude is so small then no one really considers landforms or other objects around Estonia as "tidal". Most boulders on this image may be under water in some rare occasion, this definitely doesn't happen daily. 2001:7D0:88DD:F880:D137:3D14:FAB3:B861 11:03, 30 December 2018 (UTC)
