More detail?[edit]

I used to work on a ski hill. This looks like a Doppelmayr(sp?) double, circa 1980's. It would be nice to get more details about the image, but I don't have a flickr account.--Canoe1967 (talk) 23:28, 15 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Getting a flickr account is free and easy. But there is no more info there. I believe however that this is Tusenmetersliften which was built in 1975 by Liftbyggarna. Njaelkies Lea (talk) 06:55, 16 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think it is all that important. If it makes POTY then others may decide to research it further. An email to the ski area may answer most questions about the lift etc. It is a nice image as is and many viewers probably think all double chairs are the same. If you have seen one, you have seen them all type thing. I do assume it is snow and not frost, I have seen chairs covered in both.--Canoe1967 (talk) 21:34, 16 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
