All of the other province locator maps have the right province name, just this one is misspelled Sirnak instead of the right spelling Şırnak. This is as wrong as writing WaŞıngton D.C. In fact there was a right file Şırnak Turkey Provinces locator.jpg, but it was removed as the file Turkey Provinces locator.jpg existed also and both were duplicates of one another.
