ND & Missouri?[edit]

There is no explanation as to why these two states are darker red than the others. May someone please explain.

  • According to Human Rights Centre: some of the southern states (TX, LA, GA, ...), "Restrict the inclusion of LGBT topics in schools". The other two states (ND and MO), "Prevent school districts from specifically protecting LGBT students". This should be somehow included in the map, I think.
