hi there, I have changed the dating from around 1930 to 1911 and added Julián Alcaraz as the author.
This painting served as a background for the official sanfermines poster of 1911, see sanfermin. pamplona.es site. The digital copy of the poster reveals the date "1911" and is signed "J. Alcaraz" in the bottom-right corner. regmurcia site provides more info on the painter, identified as Julián Alcaraz (1876-1952). According to the site, in 1911 he obtained "el primer premio de carteles en Pamplona" - probably for this very painting.
I guess the original license does not apply any more, since the author is now known; as he died in 1952, the copyright expires in 2022. I am not sure whether the image is free, though I would hate myself to find that my contribution led to removal of the picture from the commons; hope someone smart will find another suitable license.
