According to my knowledge and my sources this is William Blake's pen & watercolor work of 1783, but not Henry Fuseli's work of 1777 that is a mistake. The work contains the signature of William Blake:

The same style of B is present in the signature of The Witch of Endor (illus. 4b), dated by Blake 1783, and throughout The Island of the Moon c. 1784 manuscript (illus. 7; see "Beneath" in line 3). [18]
