Kosovo border

Denniss had protected this page and Russavia unprotected it so this issue can be addressed. Can someone please correct the border on Kosovo? On en.wikipedia, it appears to be the standard to show Kosovo with a dashed border or no border at all. See the images below for examples:

Are we updating this map to include Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia?
