This photo, to me, looks pretty clearly to have been Photoshopped, to add the Smiley... Since entire subject of the photography is the Smiley, and it is used to exemplify the same on Wiki, I think this should be verified or removed. ScottHW (talk) 17:34, 6 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Here are photos from other photographers of the same sign[1][2]. Just to make it clear: I never alter my images by photoshopping in things that aren't there, nor photoshop out things that are.
