I have created a vector version of this graphic in SVG format and believe it should replace the original PNG graphic. How is this done? I cannot replace the PNG file with a "newer version." The Wikimedia documentation mentions file redirects and renames, but it's not clear to me if I have the ability to perform these actions—or if they are appropriate in this case. The SVG graphic is below.

I used your file (thank you) but I want to change it because the pin numbering on the female connector is reversed (as is on the original PNG). However I can't upload the updated version as wikimedia is telling me "You cannot overwrite this file."
