That's a fair point. According to http://books.google.com/books?id=Ecl_mnz1xcUC&pg=PA82 and several other references, it can be soda-lime glass, borosilicate glass, fused quartz, or even titanium for X-ray lithography. I think "glass" is clear enough to convey the intended meaning. Does anyone else have any opinion on this? cmglee (talk) 17:37, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
