Ansel Adams Wilderness picture from an outcrop approximately six miles north of the Kaiser WIlderness Area on the Sierra NF. Facing NW, mid-afternoon. Used a Canon PowerShot A520, just on automatic. --Roland303 23:33, 19 October 2006 (UTC) The foremost granitic outcrop, central-right in the panorama and with a double-hump shape, is Balloon Dome. From the far left- Squaw Dome, Jackass Rock, and seemingly across from Balloon Dome, Cattle Mountain. In the background to the right is the range that divides the Sierra NF from Yosemite NP and includes Mt. Ansel Adams, Mt. Ritter and Mt. Davis. Sorry, would rather not give away the spot I took the pic from; if you're enterprising enough, you'll find it.--Roland303 23:43, 19 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
