This is apparently a map taken from a chocolate card, a form of advertising card packed with chocolate bars (sort of like a baseball card). Googling "chocolaterie d'aiguebelle" turns up [1] and [2] for examples in nearly identical style, and dated to 1910. This is consistent with the map's reference to the "military territory of Chad", which existed between 1900 and 1920. So I think we're pretty safe in declaring this PD. Stan 17:47, 13 Dec 2004 (UTC)
