Is the image manipulated on the right side, the area around the end of the inner tube? If so, why?

That does look pretty bad at full scale! I think I was covering up a scratch before I used the image in class. Forgot about it later. Wilson44691 (talk) 12:22, 3 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, thank you. Intriguing picture. The way whats right for the right "septa?" forms a circle; leads to a 3D reading where the "connecting rings" is on the surface area of the cylinder. ("septa" and "connecting rings" according to [this] --Andrez1 (talk) 22:26, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
