Two Public Domain notices probably aren't needed but the file kept not uploading because of "license" problems (with loss in information in fields which had to be re-entered) and I'm not certain which, if either, can be deleted without causing the file to be deleted. The Public Domain category this fits should be in the drop down menu. It is a category that many potential uploads fit in and problems with uploading such materials will discourage their presence in Wikimedia Commons. Or possibly this is in the drop down but I didn't recognize it because it isn't named the same as the Wikipedia Template for it which I was pasting in.

I didn't find the Help section here nearly as helpful as the Help section in Wikipedia. I don't know it that is just a difficulty of mine or the Help section really is skimpy. I still don't think I have it in any categories although I put some in and it may just take time for the image to show up in them. I don't even know where it is and am relying on my watchlist to relocate it for use. I'm also unsure how I'm going to link it to the Wickipedia articles I want to use it in, edit it if necessary or whether I have to create a thumnail somehow for such use. Perhaps I'm just a slow learner. I seem to spend as much time on Wikipedia trying to learn how to do things as actually editing and probably over-rely on the generousity of others to help me learn at difficult times.
