It is an incredible irony that the open source logo is rendered from Adobe Illustrator (closed source).

Logo needs updating to (R) version[edit]

This logo is now obsolete. OSI was granted a Registration for its trademark a while back and now uses this logo with a circle-R. The file needs replacing with, for example, http://opensource.org/files/osi_standard_logo.png and I believe OSI itself has an SVG version of this file which they might make available if asked. Sadly I can't work out how to upload a replacement, otherwise I would... ClareTheSharer (talk) 21:32, 5 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
